At The Cyber Bodega, powered by Cyber Blueprints. At CyberBlueprints, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet these requirements:

Product is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included.

The item shows no signs of use, installation, or modification.

You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos and a description of the issue.

We will issue a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund once the item is inspected.

3. Non-Defective Returns

If you change your mind or are unsatisfied for non-defective reasons:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must remain unopened and unused.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

A refund will be processed after inspection to ensure compliance with our return conditions.

4. Exchanges

We also accept exchanges for eligible products:

Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Digital downloads, software licenses, and activated subscriptions.

Custom-configured or special-order items.

Products marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

Depending on your bank or provider, funds may take up to 7 business days to appear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
